Effective Date: 04/20/2025
By accessing or using DMVerify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
DMVerify provides a browser-based and API-accessible tool to assist with verifying the authenticity of government-issued identification documents (such as driver’s licenses) through the analysis of Document Discriminator (DD) codes.
DMVerify does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, birthdates, or social security numbers. The Service operates solely on publicly visible ID metadata (e.g., the DD code), which allows organizations to validate the ID's issuance location without accessing sensitive user data.
Because the Service does not use or handle PII, it is not subject to most data privacy compliance frameworks (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA). Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of DMVerify complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify DMVerify immediately of any unauthorized use.
All content, data, design elements, and underlying software of the DMVerify platform are the intellectual property of DMVerify or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Service without express written consent.
DMVerify provides its service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Verification results are provided as a signal, not a guarantee, and are intended to supplement, not replace, your existing identity verification protocols.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

By using DMVerify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
